Managing Performance: From time to time, it

Thought Leadership & Coaching: We provide
thought leadership and coaching throughout the entire length of our involvement,
typically by holding offsite meetings with the key stakeholders.
During these meetings, we will assess together how well every aspect
of the business is progressing including the behaviours that drove positive
outcomes and those that did not. Also, we will review how well the
objectives are being met and what adjustments are necessary, if any.
